to Finished
Fabric
- 1.
Knitting
Our 300 high-speed, multi-feed machines, 14 to 38 cut, knit interlocks, jerseys, ribs, thermals, fleece, French terry, yarn-dyed stripes and novelties. Most machines can feed spandex into any fabric, in cotton, rayon, nylon, polyester, microfibers or novelty yarns.
- 2.
Dyeing
Every fabric is dyed in our own dye house, Matchmaster Dyeing and Finishing, on 30 pressure jets with reactive dyes. We match your color and keep it consistent from one dye lot to the next.
- 3.
Printing
Our print designers keep a library of several thousand patterns, and our studio draws original artwork with up to 18 colors per pattern. Reactive, resist and discharge prints on cotton and rayon, acid dyes on nylon for swimwear, disperse dyes on polyester and pigment prints on any fiber.
- 4.
Finishing
Sueding, sanding and brushing for a softer hand. Stain release, moisture management, water repellent, anti-microbial and UV protection finishes for performance wear, and PyroSafe® flame resistance for protective clothing.

Tested in our own lab before it ships
Every order is lab tested and inspected before it leaves the mill. Our tests correlate with MTL and SGS methods, and the lab is approved by Gap, Target, Walmart and JCPenney and certified by Lands' End and Adidas. Send us any fabric and our R&D team will analyse it and knit a match.
